Today we would like to hear from you. What's on your mind? How have you been? How can we pray for you?

Well for starters that toothy fellow heading up this post is probably more likely to have his prayers heard than I am these days. ---To put it mildly, and I mean m-i-l-d-l-y. I'm a grump lately.
So if you could help pray this grumpiness away I'd very much appreciate it.
And Okie, between you and me... I think God's still working on those handlebars 'cause I ain't seen hide nor hair of them yet. :-(
On a good note, between you and maryb... I did get two smiles and even a chuckle in tonight. :-)
By the picture you posted does that mean you want right from the horses mouth?
I will paste here what I wrote on my blog for prayer
I would appreciate prayer I have 500 flyers to pass out for my piano business and 2 of mystudents are going to do it for me please pray that people respond to them, I have to get more business things are getting desperate here. I have to get my car tabs and do nothave the money and my car is the my job. since i travel home to home to teach. I would really appreciate your prayers.
God's timing... So simple, yet so hard. I suppose its a good thing to wait on Him. I would have most likely stoned a few people by now if it were up to me. :-( ---That's another issue, I know.
"Handlebars"?? I guess thats an "inside joke" and one that I can spend much time pondering with this inquisitive mind of mine!
Well, handlebars are there to hold us up so that we don't fall...handlebars enable us to steer and have control in the direction we want to go....they also have "gears" on them...high gear--tough peddling, low gear-easy peddling (right?) Hmmm..
Anyway, El, whatever it is...I think that fact that you react at what you see around you is a good thing. There seems to be much complacency in the church. The shock value has worn off. Apathy has replaced it in favor of "grace". It seems when we bring things up, we are not realizing our own sin huh? We have no place to complain since we oursleves are sinners..so that closes to door to any observations on our part and instead lays a huge guilt trip on us and takes the focus away from anything that may be going on..just like in a cult.
Of course, I have no idea what this is about-so just a chance to vent myself :)
Handlebars? I thought it had to do with a mustache someone is sporting. But I've been wrong before.
I'm a member of God's family from down here in Texas. I found this place through my former pastor Bill Walden's blog. My wife suffers bipolar disorder, so one of his posts caught my eye.
It's too long a story to go into here and now, but I ask for prayer for restoration of our marriage, for healing of broken trusts on both our parts and of course for His presence to be with us.
stamperben: Good to hear from you. We will be praying for you and your wife. Where do you live in Texas? You can reach me at my email pastorrandy@fellowshipinthespirit.com

el: the handlebars will be fixed in God's time. Meanwhile, we will be praying...
Jesus: Please bless maryb's business. Bring her several students and provide for her above all that she could ask or think. Thank you, Jesus.
Thank you for the prayers.
