When you force your will upon God, you are always setting yourself up for failure. What seems sweet in the beginning, is always a bitter thing in the end.

In the KJV in Psalm 105, God says "so I gave them their desires but sent leanness into their soul." That scares me....I want my soul to be made fat with the love of Jesus.
